  • Q: What is the whole process for doing business with us?

    A: 1) First, please provide details of the products you need we quote for you.
    2) If price is acceptable and need sample, we provide you samples for free.
    3) If you approve sample and require for bulk production for order, we will send you Proforma Invoice, and we will arrange to produce at once when we get 30% deposit.
    4) We will send you photos of all goods, packing, details, and B/L copy after goods are finished. We will book for shipment and provide original B/L when get the balance payment.

  • Q: Can I put the logo or company name on the products ?

    A: Sure. We will follow your request to produce your personal brand profiles.

  • Q: What is the payment terms?

    A: We accept T/T 30% deposit and balance before shipment or L/C at sight; other payment terms are acceptable by negotiating.

  • Q: How long is the production for order?

    A: It depends on the quantity, normally it takes 10-15 days for full container load quantity.

  • Q: What certificates you have for your products?

    A: We have certificates of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, Kosher, Halal. 

  • Q: What's the minimum order quantity of your products?

    A: MOQ: 1 Ton
