Q: What's the packing detail of products?

A:1) Our standard packing unit include 25 kilos kraft paper bag(with PE inner bag), 25 kilos fibre drum, 20 kilos carton box packing.
2) You can choose to use/or not use wood pallet. Normally each pallet holds 30 bags or 18 fibre drums.
Q: How to order your products?

We need to know the following information for your order:
1) Product information: order quantity, packing detail, ect.
2) Delivery time required.
3) Shipping information: Address, Destination seaport/airport.
4) Forwarder's contact details if there is any in China.
Q: How to and How long to get sample from you?

A: 1) Please fill in the oneline inquiry form or Email us and tell us your needs. Samples about 200g are free, if you need more grams just talk to us.
2) Lead time: normal products take about 1-2 days.
3) The transportation freight of samples: the freight depends on the weight and packing size and your location. Usually DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.
Q: What are your product ranges?

A: 1) Lactates include lactic acid powder/liquid, sodium lactate powder/liquid, potassium lactate powder/liquid, zinc lactate, magnesium lactate, calcium lactate, ferrous lactate, calcium lactate gluconate, ect.
2) Gluconates include calcium gluconate, sodium gluconate, ferrous gluconate, zinc gluconate, magnesium lactate, manganese gluconate, copper gluconate, potassium lactate, etc.
3) Blend mix: calcium lactate/calcium gluconate, sodium lactate/sodium acetate liquid, sodium lactate/sodium diacetate liquid, sodium lactate/sodium acetate powder, sodium lactate/sodium diacetate powder, potassium lactate/sodium acetate liquid, potassium lactate/sodium diacetate liquid, ect.
